“On-Call”

Provides service & repairs for isolated incidents or pressing needs.
   best suited for one time service calls
   convenient for infrequent repairs
   provides immediate service for isolated incidents
$86.00 per man hour

Materials & supplies are billed at cost + 20%
“Block Hour”

Provides a discounted rate for service when purchased in 15 hour blocks.
   best suited for customers who need to plan for service & repair expenses
   Hours never expire
   Provides a monthly report of all services at your facility including time used and time remaining
10% discount off the On-Call rate

Materials & supplies are billed at cost + 18%
“Annual Subscription” Plan

Provides monthly preventative maintenance visits and unlimited service calls to customers who want to accurately budget for their maintenance and repair services.
   best suited for customers that want to lock in their expenses for a year!

   unlimited service calls
   provides a monthly report of all services at your facility
$1495 per year base*

Payment Options

We offer a variety of Payment options, designed to fit your needs:

  1. We will be happy to bill your single facility or for multiple locations we can provide a consolidated statement that will provide all necessary support. You will be able to receive your monthly statement and submit payment electronically.
  2. Take advantage of our wireless payment processing system by paying with a credit card at the time of service and you will receive a receipt immediately from your technician.
  3. Call Customer Support to process your payment over the phone and we will fax or email you a receipt.
